Client: Salford South East PCN, Salford
Service: Healthcare branding, marketing strategies, Social media marketing and Website design
Salford South East PCN is one of five Primary Care Networks responsible for around 85,000 Salford patients. By working together, local PCN member GP practices can have bigger staff teams, including GPs, nurses, and pharmacists. They can also offer more specialised services, like cancer screening, vaccination clinics, and physiotherapy, closer to home and without the need to go to the hospital.
Salford South East needed healthcare branding to make them stand out. In addition, a full 12-month marketing and engagement strategy was delivered to help the PCN communicate various health priorities, such as the COVID-19 Spring and Autumn vaccination programme and enhanced GP Access (Extended GP opening hours).
The brand uses different-coloured hands to capture the essence of its vision, mission, and values: community, diversity, support, collaboration, and equality. The vibrant colours represent the voices and patients of each GP practice working together for the greater good of health and care in the community.
