Salford South East PCN is one of five Primary Care Networks responsible for around 85,000 Salford patients. By working together, member GP practices can have bigger teams of staff, including GPs, nurses, and pharmacists. They can offer more specialised services, like cancer screening, vaccination clinics and physiotherapy, closer to home and without the need to go to hospital.

Salford South East needed a full 12-month marketing and engagement strategy to help embed the PCN at the heart of the community. The brand uses different coloured hands to capture the essence of the brand vision, mission and values – community, diversity, support, collaboration and equality. The vibrant colours represent the voices and patients of each GP practice working together for the greater good of health and care in the community.
